Apotheosis is a casual endgame raiding guild. Our goal is to see and conquer high-end content.
If you are interested in applying, please follow the guidelines below:
Please do not post your application on the forums. See item #8.1. Read the Guild Bylaws. I cannot stress this enough. Much of our success depends on how well we work together both in and out of raids. As a result, it is necessary that you read and understand our bylaws.
2. Read up on our looting system. We use the
RPP (Raid Participation Points) system in all of our raids. Please also read this over and make sure you understand how it works.
3. Create an account on our forum. Please use an account name that makes it clear to us who you are (character names are best). For example, my character in Apotheosis is "Melf", so my forum account is "Melf". A forum account named "xXxHuNtErGuYxXx" just really doesn't let everyone know who I am.
4. Sign up for some of our
Raids. You may not get in at first, but being online and available is noticed.
5. Find a point of contact. Anybody who is a full guild member (not a probationary member) can be your point of contact. This person will be the liason between you and the rest of the guild. They will be there to tell you how your application procedure is coming as well as answer any questions about the guild. Even if you don't know someone in the guild sign up for raids and let Nanr, Kiri, Zalen, Thray and/or Judzia know you are interested in joining and someone will contact you about becoming a member.
6. Find 2 additional members of Apotheosis to vouch for you. This is a very important step. Without a sponsor and 2 vouchers, you cannot apply to the guild. Inform your sponsor of your vouchers. Your sponsor may even assist you in securing vouchers (but don't expect them to do all the work!)
7. Fill out an application form. There is an example of the application form found
here.
8. Send your completed application to your point of contact via PM (personal message). Your sponsor will then take your application and post it in our recruitment forums. Depending on how many applicants we presently have, you may be waitlisted.
All that is left is for you to try and sign up for as many raids as possible so that we, as guild members voting on your application, can get a better idea of who you are and how you play!
